Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily staffing requirements, scheduling, and deployments.

* Match talent to shifts based on availability, skills, location, and performance.

* Coordinate with clients, talent, and internal teams.

* Handle last-minute replacements and operational issues.

* Track deployment performance and maintain accurate data.

* Identify opportunities to improve operations through technology and automation.

* Experience in hospitality, staffing, workforce coordination, or operations.

* Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong interest and understanding of technology, AI, automation, and emerging tools.

* Ability to use AI and technology to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

* Comfortable working with digital platforms, data, and new technologies.
