Location: Orchard
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6:30pm
(Weekend & Public Holiday work required off days on weekdays)

Duties

• Plan and execute sales, merchandising, and inventory strategies to achieve sales, profit, and stock targets.

• Manage buying budgets, merchandise assortment, stock levels, and vendor relationships.

• Analyze fashion trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to optimize merchandise mix.

• Drive online store performance through effective integration with physical retail operations.

• Oversee day-to-day departmental operations, cost control, and sales floor performance.

• Lead, motivate, and manage staff and promoters conduct training, scheduling, and performance appraisals.

• Plan and execute promotions, advertising campaigns, and visual merchandising standards.

• Ensure excellent customer service, handle feedback and complaints, and continuously improve service standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
