Dental Surgery Assistant

We are an oral surgery practice in Novena and we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated dental surgery assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities of a Dental Surgery Assistant:

• Prepares treatment/OT room, dental equipments and instruments for patient
• Assists oral surgeon (specialists) on simple and complex surgical procedures.
• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Focused and always on the ball when assisting our Oral Surgeons for any treatment or surgery
• Able to provide great patient care at all times
• Listens and has a strong sense of teamwork

Job scope also includes maintenance and upkeep of clinical equipment and instruments, medical supplies stock take, as well as ad-hoc reception, and general administrative duties.
