Job Responsibilities:
Perform customer service duties at the front desk such as handling patient registration, appointment booking, answering phone calls and attending to patients enquiries.
Setting up and preparing the necessary equipment and materials for different dental services.
Assisting the dentist during treatment.
Ensuring safety and comfort of patients.
Educating clients on dental procedures and post-operative care.
Updating patient records on the computer using relevant software.
Keeping clean and sterile for all needed equipment.
Complying with all rules on confidentiality and Data Protection.
To carry out any other duties as requested by colleagues to ensure that patients receive a high quality of patient care.
Job Requirements:
Preferably minimum of 1 year's customer-service/ front-desk/ receptionist experience
Computer and smartphone literate
Able to converse in English and Mandarin so as to provide communication on medical consultation in English or Mandarin speaking clients
Preferably able to speak Chinese dialects (eg Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew) so as to provide communication on medical consultation to dialect-speaking clients
Pleasant, hardworking, and responsible team-player. Able to work independently and with others.
Proactive and able to take the initiative while working with fellow colleagues as a team
Able to work office hours, 5.5 days a week
