Roles & Responsibilities
Dental Assistant:
- Assist the Dentist during dental treatments and procedures
- Maintaining overall hygiene standard
- Assist dentist to prep patients for X-ray
- Disinfect and sterilize instruments and equipment's
- Perform general housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms
- Maintain appropriate levels of dental supplies in clinic
- Prepare materials, dental instruments, and equipment's as required
- Prepare cases to be sent out to third party Labs
- Attend to incoming calls and provide customer service for patients at front desk
- Admit and discharge patients
- Provide post-operative care for patients after procedures
- Schedule patient's appointments
- Register and maintain patient's account by recording medical and personal information data
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated to provide exceptional care to patients
- Minimum Secondary School/O Level or Nitec
- Able to work in a team and multitask
- Warm, caring and cheerful personality
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Relevant experience preferred but not necessary.
- Training provided for candidates with no experience if you are a good fit for the company
