Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision and manage a dental clinic by designing clinical and operational workflows. Lead a team of Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) and Dental Surgery Assistants (DSAs) in a modern, digitally equipped setting with strict infection control.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical dental operations to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with infection control standards
- Manage daily operations of the dental clinic to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
- Design and implement clinical and operational workflows to optimize service delivery
- Lead and coordinate a team of well-trained Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) and Dental Surgery Assistants (DSAs) to achieve clinical goals
- Utilize digital records systems to maintain accurate and secure patient information
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols in a modern clinical environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Public Service dental settings is an added advantage
- Proficiency in General Dentistry beyond SAP / CAP / EXO systems
