Job Description

  • Managing the full cycle of monthly payroll for clients from end-to-end processing of personnel, leave, claims and payroll administration.
  • Ensuring accurate salary processing and responsible for the monthly payroll of 1,500 employees.
  • Timely submission of NS claims, all government related grant/subsidies and CPF contribution.
  • Maintaining employees data in the payroll system for remuneration and benefits record.
  • Updating and maintaining YTD and monthly payroll records.
  • Updating and maintaining personnel files.
  • Liaising with staff on leave, claim and payroll related queries.
  • Maintaining leave & claim reports.
  • Preparing reports for both internal and statutory reporting.
  • Assisting in month end consolidation for finance department.
  • Assisting in reconciliation and payment of payroll.
  • Assisting in the filling of annual tax reporting.
  • Reconciling payroll related to GL accounts.
  • Identify gaps in current payroll workflows and continuously seek to streamline.
  • Any other duties as assigned.


Requirement

  • Diploma holder or Degree in Business Management, HRM or equivalent.
  • 3 - 5 years hands-on experience as a Payroll Specialist.
  • Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and MSOffice.
