Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Dental Lab Technician who has at least 5 yearsof experiences, able to work independently with problem solving skills as adigital dental technician in an in-house dental lab to join our growing team& expansion of our lab!

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Lab Technician based inSingapore. Experienced in 3D designing and printing of dentures and crowns. TheDental Lab Technician will be responsible for creating, repairing, andpolishing prosthetics, including dentures processing and crowns. They willcollaborate with dentists to craft high-quality dental appliances and ensureprecision in all laboratory procedures while managing materials, tools, andequipment effectively.

You must be able to work in a team environment, good character and standingwill also be looked at, and be willing to upgrade yourself by re-learningworkflows that have updated as digital dentistry evolves.

Job Responsibilities:

Denture

1. Operate CAD / CAM equipment such as milling machines and 3D printers

2. Read, interpret and handle Doctor's prescription forms.

3. Upload files for fabrication.

4. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality standards are met

5. Maintain cad cam machine performance by establishing operatingprocedures.

6. Evaluate current procedures, practice and develop and implement bestpractices for cad cam operations.

7. Support and perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediatesupervisor or management.

8. Work within a legal and regulatory framework within the laboratory.

9. Comply with workplace safety and health policies and procedures.

10. Inform the person in charge whenever there are any discrepancies.

11. Conduct quality checks for all jobs performed.

12. Able to set teeth manually and digitally for a denture

13. Familiar with denture fabrication steps

14. Keen on learning new things

15. Pouring, mounting of cast and trimming of models

16. More than 3 years of dental laboratory hands-on work experience.

17. Concentrate on the denture setup or finishing hands-on work technicaldetails efficiently.

18. Knowledge and skill of denture work flow

19. Able to do dentures from beginning to finishing with skill andefficiency.

20. High standards to meet clients requirements.

21. Self-discipline and self-initiative, following and supporting companyrules and regulations.

22. Able to well manage the dental lab operations.

Digital

1. Experienced in 3D designing and printing of dentures and crowns

2. Digitally create files for dentures and crowns

3. Familiar with CAD CAM designing

4. Printing of dentures, surgical guides and dental crowns

5. Able to design temporary crowns and print them

6. Milling of dentures and crowns
