Job Description

. Assist dentists during dental consultations and all type of procedures.

. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before and after each procedure.

. Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.

. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment in accordance with infection control protocols.

. Assist in taking and processing dental radiographs (where applicable and with relevant certification).

. Monitor and replenish dental supplies and assist with inventory management.

. Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist.

. Support patient care by ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.

. Assist with appointment scheduling, patient registration, and other administrative duties when required.

. Perform other duties assigned by the management to support the smooth operation of the clinic.

Requirements

. Mandarin-speaking preferred.

. Candidate should possess at least GCE N Level or equivalent.

. Minimum 2 years of experience in dental assisting.

. Experience in oral surgery preparation and assisting is preferred but not compulsory.

. Relevant dental assisting qualification is preferred.

. Prior experience as a Dental Nurse/Assistant is an advantage candidates without experience but with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

. Able to work independently as well as in a team.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

. Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

. Committed to maintaining high standards of patient care and infection control.

. Willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.

. Proficient in basic computer skills.

. Able to work on Saturdays (9am - 1pm).
