Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in menu execution.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to inventory control and proper storage of ingredients.
- Help mentor Commis Chefs and support team coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of culinary experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
