JOB OFFER - Demi Chef de Partie Pastry
Location: Ma Cuisine, 38 Craig Road
Schedule: 5 working days from Monday to Saturday, Staff meal included, 2 days off including Sunday and another week day scheduled according to business.
Salary: 3 to 3.6 according to experience, interview and trial required
ABOUT MA CUISINE
Ma Cuisine is a French Michelin-starred Gastro Wine Bar in Singapore opened for dinner. In the morning we propose a Casual French Brunch while dinner is awarded of a one Michelin star with a refined french Cuisine. Great opportunity to explore different atmosphere and improve cooking skill alongside the kitchen team.
We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie able to support with food preparation and during service operation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with ingredient preparation (cutting, peeling, portioning, etc.).
Assist in the preparation of classic French pastries and desserts (cutting, peeling, portioning, etc.).
Help with basic cooking tasks under the guidance of the chefs.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene protocols.
Support stock organization and deliveries.
Ensure all workstations are properly set up for service.
Operation duties during service.
PROFILE & SKILLS
Some experience in a professional kitchen is required. Cold Station and Pastry knowledges are appreciated
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Perfect Grooming and hygiene standards
Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety
Dynamic profile and willing to work in kitchen environment
