Demand & Supply Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Create monthly Demand & Supply plan and negotiate with Distributor.
• Explain Demand & Supply thinking way to cross function team so as to justify production volume request for future months
• Good overview of Malaysia market, promotion activities and competitor situation to explain to internal stakeholders
• Visit distributor and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy
• Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasure with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap.

• Job Requirements
• Diploma/Deg with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• No Experience welcome to apply as on the job training provided
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Powerpoint) to run analysis & visualization, reporting purposes etc.
• Flair for numbers, strong analytical skills with an eye for details
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Well organized with good time management abilities to meet deadlines and schedules
• Basic knowledge of demand & supply concept and interest in automotive preferred
• Determined and takes strong ownership in task
• Able to travel overseas and work overtime when required
