Reports to: Customer Service Manager Industry: Chemicals & Industrial Trading (Leather Specialist) About the Client Our client is a global leader in wet-end leather chemicals, providing essential solutions for the automotive, footwear, and luxury fashion industries. With manufacturing hubs in Italy and India, they help create the high-performance, sustainable leather used by the world's most iconic brands.
In this role you play the balance role between Sales, Finance, and Production.
You will turn market data into clear supply chain plans to ensure global clients get what they need, when they need it, while minimizing waste.
Key Responsibilities
Forecasting: Maintain a 6-to-12-month rolling demand plan for specialized chemical portfolios (tanning, dyeing, and waterproofing).
S&OP Coordination: Support monthly Sales & Operations Planning meetings to align regional sales insights with company financial goals.
Inventory Control: Work with supply teams to keep global warehouses stocked, carefully managing chemical shelf-life and market volatility.
3-5years in demand planning or supply chain (Trading, Manufacturing, or FMCG preferred).
Technical Skills: Excel & Pivot Tables & SAP are essential.
Communication: Ability to explain data clearly to stakeholders across different regions and departments.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics
