About the Role
At EDMI, we develop and deliver innovative smart energy solutions worldwide. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Demand Planner to support demand planning, forecasting, and order management activities across our global operations.

Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and regional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring demand forecasts are aligned with business requirements, customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes are consistently adopted across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning

  • Support monthly Sales & Operations Planning and demand review activities.
  • Monitor order actualisation against forecasts, material availability and production lead times to identify potential supply risks.
  • Coordinate risk-buy planning for tender, project and contract-based orders.
  • Provide planning insights to support effective business decision-making.

Order Management & Order Fulfilment

  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure rolling forecasts are communicated to relevant stakeholders and maintained accurately within planning systems.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and transportation arrangements from a global perspective to support customer commitments.
  • Provide timely updates on order status and fulfilment performance to internal stakeholders when required.

Regional Support & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support regional teams in achieving order fulfilment objectives and maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Provide timely guidance and support to Sales Operations and Sales teams in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for order fulfilment and planning-related issues before escalating to management where required.
  • Foster effective collaboration between regional teams, manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution.

Reporting, Performance Monitoring & Commercial Analysis

  • Review and analyse order fulfilment reports and key performance indicators.
  • Support performance review meetings and improvement initiatives to drive operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners and relevant stakeholders to support achievement of order fulfilment targets.
  • Analyse sales prices against cost prices and highlight discrepancies or potential risks to management.

Inventory Management, Integrated Business Planning &Logistics Coordination

  • Manage finished goods and sample inventory to support customer demand and business requirements.
  • Support the implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of Integrated Business Planning processes across regional teams.
  • Maintain planning documentation and records in line with business and audit requirements.
  • Support shipment and logistics coordination activities when required and during the transition and onboarding of strategic manufacturing partners.

What We're Looking For

. Diploma in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.

. At least 2-3 years of experience in demand planning. Experience in the Semiconductor industry preferred.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and cross-functional teams.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Outlook) and Power BI.

. Experience with SAP is an added advantage.

. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to details
