Salt Talent Search is looking for a Demand Generation Manager for a 6 months extendable contract role. As the Marketing Lead , you will work closely with local country marketing teams, APJ business counterparts in partner, sales and professional services, as well as our global marketing team.
What will you Do:
- In partnership with local country marketing leaders across the region, drive integrated marketing campaigns, This will include demand generation, brand awareness, events, field marketing, web/online marketing, communications and creative services.
- Understanding local market requirements across AP&J, and building out campaigns and programs that can be leveraged across different geographies.
- Develop annual regional campaigns and programs to create awareness, generate demand and build a pipeline for client's technology, products and solutions across Financials, HCM, planning and the other specialized products.
- Identify audience segmentation strategy; vehicle and media mix recommendation, timing and forecast of results/
- Work with appropriate groups (product and industry marketing, sales and strategy) to develop resonated contents, messaging platforms.
- You will be responsible for providing valuable regional insights, utilizing global resources, and creating impactful message houses and marketing collateral relevant to the AP&J audience.
- Manage local external agencies as required.
- Analyze campaigns and programs performance and make recommendations for optimization and future enhancements.
- Manage project marketing budgets and take responsibility for tracking and monitoring campaign spend.
- Be accountable for executions given by the guidance from the field marketing team, especially in case they need support to execute some of the activities campaign/program plan defined.
What Do You Need:
- Results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals.
- Experience
- 15+ years successful related marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS, enterprise software, cloud environment
- Knowledge of the office of CHRO preferred
- Strategically-minded but willing to be very hands on and get programs executed, in partnership with each sub-region in APJ
- Proven ability to effectively execute integrated, streamlined marketing programs that drive pipeline
- Ability to work with people at all levels of an organization including executive management, sales, and marketing
