DeltaV Engineer (API - Operations)

We are seeking hands-on DeltaV engineers with strong API manufacturing and site automation experience to support live GMP operations. This is an operations-focused role, requiring strong troubleshooting and batch execution exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
Site-based support and troubleshooting of Emerson DeltaV DCS systems. Support API manufacturing operations Configure and maintain DeltaV Batch (ISA-88: CM, EM, Units, Phases, Recipes). Provide day-to-day operations support during manufacturing runs. Support change control, system enhancements, and minor upgrades. Assist with CSV activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, testing, documentation). Support deviation (NC), CAPA, and root cause analysis related to automation.
Work closely with Operations, Process Engineering, MSAT, Quality, and equipment vendors. Maintain SOPs and automation documentation.

Mandatory Skill Requirements: 5-10+ years hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS. Strong experience in API pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Proven site automation / operations support background. Solid understanding of ISA-88 batch concepts. Experience working in GMP / GxP regulated environments. Hands-on troubleshooting experience in live production environments.
