Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily deliveries of food products to customers such as restaurants, supermarkets, and retailers.
- Ensure accurate loading, unloading, and verification of goods against delivery orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
- Supervise day-to-day delivery operations and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team.
- Monitor stock movement for outgoing and returned goods.
- Assist in preparing delivery documents, invoices, and return forms.
- Lead and guide junior delivery staff or assistants when required.
- Report any delivery discrepancies, vehicle issues, or operational challenges.
- Ensure all deliveries comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 / Class 4 driving license (depending on vehicle size).
- Minimum 2 years of delivery or logistics experience, preferably in food or FMCG industry.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual loading/unloading.
- Basic computer skills - able to use Microsoft Excel / Word / WhatsApp for reporting and communication.
- Familiar with delivery tracking or inventory software is an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Familiar with Singapore roads and GPS/navigation tools.
- Willing to work early mornings / weekends / overtime when required.
Added Advantage:
- Forklift license.
- Experience managing delivery team.
