Job Summary

As an Operations Executive at uParcel, you will manage delivery drivers and key customer accounts, ensuring timely parcel dispatch and operational efficiency. You will support strategic initiatives and contribute to scaling operations.

Responsibilities

Assign delivery jobs to drivers using the system and direct communication to ensure timely dispatch
Source and coordinate regular drivers to fulfill deliveries for assigned customer accounts
Manage delivery drivers to maintain accurate and punctual parcel deliveries to customers
Handle account management and escalation for selected key customers to maintain service quality
Monitor delivery performance metrics and analyze data to identify and implement operational improvements
Plan and oversee delivery routes and schedules to maximize productivity and reduce operational costs
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the delivery experience for customers
Provide training and ongoing support to delivery personnel to uphold high service standards
Monitor fulfillment team performance to ensure achievement of KPIs for assigned accounts
Assist management in daily operations to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs and business goals
Support management in executing new strategic initiatives and contribute ideas to scale operations effectively
