Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, expectation management, and proactive issue resolution.
- Lead structured discovery and requirement‑gathering sessions to understand client processes, needs, and success metrics.
Project & Delivery Management
- Own end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of ECM implementations.
- Define and manage project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and regular status reports.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
Solution Implementation
- Partner closely with Solutions Architects to translate business requirements into practical solution designs and execution plans.
- Ensure delivery scope and solution design remain aligned with client expectations.
- Oversee configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
Internal & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Align all stakeholders on responsibilities, timelines, and quality standards.
- Support UAT, training, and go‑live activities to ensure client readiness and successful adoption.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong client‑facing presence with excellent communication skills.
- Solid project planning, organization, and delivery management capabilities.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable delivery plans.
- Comfortable working with Solutions Architects and technical teams.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, agile or hybrid SaaS environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or delivery management within a SaaS or software product environment.
- Project Management certification required (PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner).
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM I, SAFe, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS implementations end‑to‑end, from discovery to go‑live.
- Strong background in client‑facing delivery, stakeholder management, and expectation setting.
- Experience partnering closely with Solutions Architects or technical teams.
- Familiarity with hybrid or agile delivery methodologies.
