Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Delivery Manager with strong expertise in
Banking systems, Audit & Compliance, Billing platforms, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role requires end-to-end ownership of delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and timely execution while managing cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of banking technology programs including core banking, payments, billing, and digital platforms.
- Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and closure ensuring adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery with clear governance and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead multi-vendor and cross-functional teams across development, testing, infrastructure, and cloud operations.
Banking Domain & Billing Systems
- Strong understanding of banking processes including accounts, transactions, payments, reconciliation, and settlements.
- Manage delivery for billing, invoicing, rating, and revenue assurance systems.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and operational risk policies.
Audit, Risk & Compliance
- Lead internal and external audits (IT Audit, SOX, ISO, PCI-DSS, SOC, RBI / regulatory audits).
- Ensure delivery aligns with audit requirements, control frameworks, and risk mitigation plans.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive proactive risk management.
- Implement governance, compliance, and security best practices across delivery.
Cloud & GCP Delivery
- Oversee delivery of applications and platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Manage cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security, cost management, scalability, and availability standards.
- Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and security teams for stable and compliant cloud operations.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
- Manage escalations, expectations, and contractual commitments (SLAs, KPIs).
Financial & Resource Management
- Own delivery budgets, forecasting, billing, and cost optimization.
- Ensure accurate project billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Delivery / Program Management.
- Strong Banking & Financial Services domain experience.
- Hands-on experience managing Audit, Compliance, and Risk frameworks.
- Experience delivering Billing and Financial Systems.
- Strong exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) delivery and governance.
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / ITIL certifications.
- Cloud certifications (Google Cloud - Associate / Professional).
- Experience with regulatory banking environments.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud security frameworks.
