Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead Data & AI to drive end-to-end execution of large-scale data and AI programs. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure delivery excellence, manage senior stakeholders, and provide strong leadership across complex engagements.
This role requires:

- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and client expectations
- Confidence leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
What will you do
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of Data & AI initiatives, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and budget control.
- Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned to business and client outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure cohesive execution.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance across all phases.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary delivery contact, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
- Present progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Build trusted client relationships to ensure satisfaction, successful delivery, and long-term engagement.
- Provide clear escalation paths and timely issue resolution.
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Mentor project managers, leads, and delivery teams to build strong delivery capabilities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent use of delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
- Guide teams using both Agile and Waterfall approaches where appropriate.
Governance & Operational Excellence
- Establish and run governance processes, steering committees, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and financial health of programs.
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and (where applicable) ethical AI principles.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve delivery efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Technical & Delivery Expertise
- 1015+ years of Data & AI program/project delivery experience, with at least 5 years in senior project leadership or program delivery roles.
- Proven track record delivering complex Data & AI initiatives involving data platforms, analytics, engineering, AIML, Optimization, GenAI and AgenticAI.
- Strong understanding of data architectures, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and AI model lifecycle management.
- Experience managing multi-stream programs and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder & Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, including C-suite communications.
- Skilled in project financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Able to operate under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in consulting or system integration environment.
- Public sector SI experience is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
