Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead Data & AI to drive end-to-end execution of large-scale data and AI programs. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure delivery excellence, manage senior stakeholders, and provide strong leadership across complex engagements.

This role requires:

  • Strong delivery leadership and program governance
  • Deep understanding of data platforms, analytics, and AI soslution lifecycle
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and client expectations
  • Confidence leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

What will you do

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of Data & AI initiatives, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and budget control.
  • Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned to business and client outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Drive risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance across all phases.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Serve as the primary delivery contact, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
  • Present progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Build trusted client relationships to ensure satisfaction, successful delivery, and long-term engagement.
  • Provide clear escalation paths and timely issue resolution.

Team Leadership & Enablement

  • Mentor project managers, leads, and delivery teams to build strong delivery capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent use of delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
  • Guide teams using both Agile and Waterfall approaches where appropriate.

Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Establish and run governance processes, steering committees, and reporting frameworks.
  • Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and financial health of programs.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and (where applicable) ethical AI principles.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve delivery efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Technical & Delivery Expertise

  • 1015+ years of Data & AI program/project delivery experience, with at least 5 years in senior project leadership or program delivery roles.
  • Proven track record delivering complex Data & AI initiatives involving data platforms, analytics, engineering, AIML, Optimization, GenAI and AgenticAI.
  • Strong understanding of data architectures, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and AI model lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing multi-stream programs and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, including C-suite communications.
  • Skilled in project financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Able to operate under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in consulting or system integration environment.
  • Public sector SI experience is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
