Technology Delivery Lead (Manager Associate Director)
We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of projects and services, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects or services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and testers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Critical Success Factors:
Prior experience in Health and/or Public Services Consulting is preferred.
Excellent track record in managing large-scale projects is required
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, stepping in to solve problems directly when needed.
