Job Summary

You will ensure the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of parcels to residential and commercial addresses while providing professional customer service and maintaining vehicle condition.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels accurately to residential and commercial addresses following assigned routes
• Handle parcels carefully to maintain good condition upon delivery
• Complete assigned deliveries within scheduled timeframes daily
• Communicate professionally with customers to provide excellent service
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and good vehicle condition
• Update delivery status accurately using the company's delivery system or app
• Follow company procedures and operational requirements when handling parcels
• Assist with parcel collection or other delivery-related tasks as needed

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous delivery or driving experience (training provided)
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and navigation apps
• Physical fitness to handle parcels of various sizes and weights
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
