Job Summary

You will collect and deliver goods safely and timely to customers, follow structured routes with dispatch support, and maintain courteous service while handling various cargo types.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver cooked food and general cargo to customers without requiring set-up
• Ensure safe receipt, retrieval, and dispatch of goods to customers in a courteous and timely manner
• Follow structured delivery routes with support from dispatch
• Communicate basic information clearly in English to support delivery tasks
• Use mobile applications effectively to manage delivery operations
• Carry loads ranging from 5kg to 30kg safely during deliveries
• Perform overtime work as required to meet delivery schedules
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative to support team goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license for van and lorry operation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Physically fit to carry loads between 5kg and 30kg
• Able to communicate and write basic English
• Able to understand the use of mobile applications

Working Hours and Schedule

• 6 working days per week, 8 hours per day
