Delivery Driver

Operate and maintain delivery vehicles in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies

Collect and deliver parcels to designated locations within allocated routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Obtain signatures and collect payment where applicable, maintaining detailed delivery records and documentation

Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and report maintenance requirements promptly

Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery times and address any queries or concerns professionally

Maintain a clean, organised and secure vehicle at all times

Plan and optimise delivery routes to maximise efficiency and minimise fuel consumption

Assist with loading and unloading of parcels and packages safely

Maintain excellent customer service standards and represent S&W Delivery Pte Ltd positively in all interactions
