DELIVERY DRIVER

Job Summary

You will handle loading and unloading goods weighing 10-30kg per box, manage deliveries, and communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking clients to resolve order and delivery issues. This role requires physical stamina and a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods weighing 10-30kg per box safely and efficiently to support delivery operations
• Drive company vehicles to deliver goods on schedule while adhering to traffic and safety regulations
• Communicate clearly in English and Mandarin to address client queries and concerns regarding orders and deliveries
• Collaborate with team members and accept temporary transfers to other departments as needed to support business operations
• Work 5 days work week and regular hours from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm,(Wednesday and Sunday off)
• Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence to operate company vehicles safely and legally
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role to perform core duties effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience as a non-executive specialized in general work such as driver and dispatch roles is preferred to support operational flexibility

• The job is physically demanding due to manual loading and unloading of goods without assistance from lorry attendants
