Delivery Driver

Job Title: Delivery Driver
Location: Singapore (Various locations)
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Job Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver parcels and packages to customers across designated routes in Singapore.

• Perform pre-delivery vehicle checks (e.g., fuel, tyres, lights, brakes) and ensure the vehicle is clean and roadworthy.

• Use a mobile device/app to scan, track, and confirm deliveries in real time.

• Assist with loading and unloading of parcels at the warehouse and delivery points.

• Collect return parcels or failed deliveries as required.

• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with recipients.

• Report any delivery issues, accidents, or vehicle breakdowns to the operations supervisor immediately.

Job Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (Class 4 is an advantage but not required).

• At least 1 year of driving experience (van or light goods vehicle preferred).

• Familiar with Singapore roads and usage of GPS/navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Street Directory).

• Able to read and understand delivery addresses and simple English (for app usage and communication).

• Physically fit - able to lift parcels up to 10-15 kg repeatedly.

• Good time management and ability to meet delivery deadlines.

• No prior major traffic offences or disqualifications.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week (including weekends/public holidays as rostered).

• Overtime available and compensated.
