Roles & Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Operations:
- Receive, check, and organize incoming goods assist with unloading and proper storage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery or collection.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
- Report any inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
Delivery & Transportation: - Load goods onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Plan optimal delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Deliver goods to customers and collect items when required.
- Ensure proper handling of goods during transit.
- Maintain delivery records, including signed delivery orders and receipts.
- Drive safely, adhering to traffic rules and company safety regulations.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in clean and good working condition.
Customer Service & Sales Support (if retail-facing): - Interact with customers to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems if needed.
- Receive and verify the quality and quantity of new shipments.
- Keep the store stocked and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
Ad-Hoc Duties: - Support other logistics or warehouse functions when needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements: - Minimum Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid Class 3 Professional Driver's License (Singapore).
- Minimum 5 years experience as a delivery driver.
- Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations.
- Familiar with Singapore roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required, along with inventory management experience
