Overseeing daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Leading and motivating retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock assessments and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
Implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Analysing sales data and implementing sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
Ensuring a positive and customer-friendly shopping experience across the store.
Create and implement strategic sales plans for continued growth
Drive sales effort of the entire company by cultivating relationships with existing clients and new clients
Seek out and objectively evaluate training programs and sales strategiesIdentify and monitor emerging markets for development opportunities
Regularly present reports and status updates to the management team
Participate in one on one coaching as well as team meetings and conference calls
Develop and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
Become an integral part of a highly collaborative production, marketing and sales team.Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current ones
Implementing the company's sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions
Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals
Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads
