Job Summary
You will load and unload food products, deliver them accurately to supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants, and ensure all delivery documentation is completed and submitted. You will also maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload food products carefully to prevent damage and ensure order accuracy
- Deliver food products to supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants on scheduled routes accurately and on time
- Obtain customer signatures on delivery orders to confirm receipt and return signed documents to the office promptly
- Submit all completed invoices and delivery orders to office administration for processing
- Inspect the delivery vehicle daily, clean it, and maintain fluid and oil levels to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Navigate Singapore routes and buildings efficiently to optimize delivery times and customer service
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence with a clean driving record
- Maintain physical fitness to perform loading, unloading, and delivery tasks safely and effectively
- 6 days workweek, based on assigned working schedule
