Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver stock to outlets and customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

• Check goods against delivery orders before loading and delivery.

• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, correctly and on schedule.

• Maintain delivery records, obtain signatures/acknowledgements and report any delivery issues.

• Load and unload goods carefully, ensuring items are handled properly.

• Perform basic warehouse duties when there is no delivery schedule, such as receiving, packing, sorting and organising stock.

• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle.

• Follow company procedures, road safety rules and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence.

• Prior delivery or warehouse experience is an advantage.

• Able to load and unload goods.

• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

• Good attitude, customer-service mindset and attention to detail.

• Able to work flexible hours when required.
