Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Delivery Assistant to work alongside our drivers in delivering goods to our customers. You will ensure deliveries are smooth, accurate, and timely while supporting the driver during the delivery process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work alongside drivers to deliver FMCG products to customers efficiently
- Verify delivery orders against invoices or delivery notes before leaving the warehouse and after reaching the customer
- Loading and unloading goods at delivery points
- Ensure goods are handled properly to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain delivery documentation, including signatures, discrepancies, and reports.
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams for smooth deliveries.
- Report any issues, damages, or discrepancies during delivery promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Able to understand and communicate in basic English
- Physically able to assist with lifting and moving goods
- Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented
- No experience required (training provided)
