Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Able to read and write basic English language.
- Good customer service skills with excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working in West / East area.
- Delivery Assistant will be required to work overtime from time to time as and when is required.
- Able to work independently and follow all required SOPs.
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods at delivery and collection points.
- Check and verify goods against delivery orders to ensure accuracy.
- Handle goods carefully to avoid damage and maintain proper stacking and placement.
- Accompany driver on daily delivery routes, helping to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of delivery vehicle(s).
- Observe all safety and traffic regulations during delivery operations.
- Provide accurate and complete paperwork records.
