Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage partnerships with DAO treasuries, DeFi protocols, and liquidity providers
- Coordinate governance-backed collaboration proposals and protocol integrations
- Develop strategic partnership models that align with token utility and governance frameworks
- Track and optimize DAO engagement, treasury participation, and cross-chain integrations using on-chain analytics
- Contribute to the expansion of token adoption through ecosystem collaboration and governance alignment
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in DeFi business development, protocol partnerships, or governance initiatives
- Proven ability to structure partnerships in decentralized ecosystems
- Familiar with liquidity programs, token utility models, and DeFi collaboration mechanics
- Comfortable with analytics tools such as Dune, Nansen, or DeFiLlama
- Strong Web3-native understandingthis is not a traditional Web2 role

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $110,000$180,000 based on experience and strategic impact
- Additional performance-based incentives tied to partnership success and ecosystem expansion
