Deburr Supervisor

Responsibilities

. Oversee the deburring processes and ensure complying health and safety regulations

. Perform general deburring or polishing work

. Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications

. Adjust and change deburring hand tools to meet the required specifications

. Handle equipment, hand tools set, and fixtures to do the work

. Knowledge of sandpapers and abrasive grit

. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.

. Take charge of manpower and resource planning to ensure efficiency, quantity, and quality of output

. Lead General cleaning (5S) of the deburring area

. Guide and lead junior on the skillset for deburring

. Work together with all department

Requirements

. Min Diploma education in technical engineering studies with at least 2 years of machining experience

. Good interpersonal and communication skills

. Independent and able to maintain good work discipline with an eye for details
