Debug Technician

Work Day: Work 4 Rest 3 Work 3 Rest 4 (7am - 7pm/7pm - 7am)

Responsibilities

. Assist Engineers in carrying out all test-related activities for Server and Rack products in production.

. Support and implement PXE Server configuration for assigned products.

. Perform and maintain Server & Rack run-in tests, burn-in, and power test processes.

. Conduct failure testing and analysis on production units work with Engineers to identify and implement improvements.

. Participate actively in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

. Maintain and update the Test Program Master List and tracking records.

. Prepare and revise Work Instructions (WIs) and provide training to production teams.

. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and mass production runs.

. Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.

Requirements

. NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, with 1-3 years of experience in a Server or Rack manufacturing environment.

. Good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers, supervisors, and occasionally customers or HQ teams.

. Basic skill in programming & debugging (Linux & C++).

. Prefer one who is familiar with SAP systems.

. Able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.

. Prior experience in the banking industry are welcomed.
