Deals Director / Managing Director – Strategic Capital Solutions

A leading global professional services and advisory organisation is seeking an experienced Director / Managing Director to join its Strategic Capital Solutions team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will play a senior role in advising corporate and institutional clients on complex capital and financing requirements, while contributing to business development, transaction origination and the continued growth of the practice.

This is a senior client-facing position with responsibility for originating and executing strategic capital solutions and providing high-quality financial and strategic advice to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Originate and develop new strategic capital and transaction opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, investors, financial institutions and other key market participants.
• Advise clients on capital raising, financing strategies, capital structure and strategic alternatives.
• Lead complex transactions from initial origination through execution and completion.
• Develop and present sophisticated financial and strategic analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across complex and high-value assignments.
• Work closely with senior colleagues across related advisory and transaction teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of the Strategic Capital Solutions business in Singapore and across the wider region.
• Represent the organisation with senior clients and market participants and contribute to thought leadership and market development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Significant experience advising clients on complex financial or capital-related transactions.
• A strong record of business development and transaction origination.
• Established senior-level relationships across corporates, investors and financial institutions.
• Excellent commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and transaction-execution capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• The credibility and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with C-suite executives, boards and senior investors.
• A strong understanding of the Singapore and broader Asian capital markets environment.
