Job Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and distribution of deal documentation, including term sheets, allocations, and confirmations.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client orders, allocations, and transactions, while tracking deal timelines and deadlines.
- Work closely with operations and compliance to ensure full adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Manage daily client service and trading operations, including account opening, KYC, onboarding, order monitoring, and post-trade activities.
- Reconcile trade discrepancies, ensure accurate booking and settlement, and resolve trade breaks in coordination with clearing firms.
- Provide prompt client support through phone and email, addressing operational and service issues effectively.
- Contribute to business development by identifying and engaging new clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Flexibility to work in shift rotations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in trade support, operations, or related roles within an investment bank or broker-dealer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg) programming knowledge is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of equity capital markets, syndication processes, and trading operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CMFAS, FINRA, SEC) is advantageous.
- Preferably CMFAS certified (RES 1A, RES 2A, CM-EIP, CM-SIP) FINRA Series 7, 79, or 99 licenses a plus.
