Role Overview
This is a licensed, client-owning role covering the full client lifecycle - from onboarding and funding through to active trading and ongoing servicing. You will act as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of retail clients, handling both client servicing matters and dealing/execution support.
The role suits candidates who enjoy direct client engagement, are comfortable operating across both servicing and trading workflows, and want to build a career in a regulated capital markets environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts across chat, email, and phone, covering onboarding, funding, KYC follow-ups, platform queries, and general servicing.
- Process client orders accurately and in line with MAS best execution and fair dealing standards across equities, ETFs, options, and futures.
- Drive client activation, deepening, and retention through proactive engagement across the full client lifecycle.
- Monitor accounts for unusual trading activity, operational risks, and complaints escalate per internal procedures.
- Operate in full compliance with MAS regulations (SFA), internal policies, and Tiger Brokers client conduct standards.
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and cross-team projects.
Requirements
- Registered (or eligible to register) as an Appointed Representative under the SFA with MAS.
- Has passed (or is eligible to pass) the required CMFAS modules for dealing in capital markets products
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) - required to service our Chinese-speaking client base.
- Comfort with rotational shifts, including coverage for US market hours
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a risk-aware mindset.
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a licensed brokerage, financial advisory, or dealing-desk role is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or Business and a genuine interest in capital markets are also welcome to apply (CMFAS modules to be passed within 3 months of joining).
