Responsibilities:
Attend to clients enquiries on account-related, trading-related matters via various channels.
Ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience to drive clients retention and satisfaction.
Facilitate the proper execution of trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform other dealing functions such as assessing risk and preparing trade reports.
Support multiple key projects such as onboarding of new products, platform development, and other deliverables.
Participate in shift rotations where required to support global market hours and ensure continuous dealing coverage.
Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealing, brokerage, or financial markets environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both clients and internal teams effectively.
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment while maintaining accuracy and sound judgment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and risk awareness.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes independently.
Familiarity with trading platforms, order management systems, and client servicing tools.
Solid understanding of financial markets, trading products, and regulatory frameworks.
Relevant CMFAS certifications (or eligibility for licensing) preferred.
