Oversee and manage the Treasury Operations for the Bank, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework of policies and procedures to effectively control Treasury Operation risks.
Establish, manage, and review the Fixed Income Security Portfolio, identifying suitable investment targets and monitoring existing positions.
Execute daily transactions in Interbank Foreign Exchange (FX), FX Swaps, Money Market (M/M) instruments, Fixed Income Securities, and Derivatives (such as IRS/CCS), ensuring all transactions are conducted on time, in full compliance with policies and procedures.
Perform comprehensive risk management across various areas including liquidity, interest rates, FX positions, capital funds, and other limits or ratios as stipulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) or the Bank's Head Office.
Conduct regular Liquidity Stress Tests for the Bank and provide actionable recommendations when necessary.
Develop, review, and update the Bank's Liquidity Risk Management Policy, Operational Manual, Guidelines, and Procedures as needed.
Respond to inquiries and requests from Head Office promptly, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Provide FX rates and interest rate quotes to customers.
Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
A recognized Master's degree in a related field.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Strong analytical skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage as the role requires reviewing and understanding of documents in Mandarin from Head Office.
At least 6 years of experience in Treasury Department of a bank.
A proactive team player with strong analytical capabilities.
