DCM Analyst - Debt Capital Markets & Client Coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and regularly update data used in marketing materials and presentations.
• Assist in preparing client pitchbooks, including conducting relevant market and comparable analysis.
• Support the preparation of market updates and indicative pricing for prospective issuers.
• Assist in transaction execution and take ownership of specific workstreams under the guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate with internal teams across various desks to support internal requests and ensure smooth deal execution.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions is preferred.
• Prior experience in Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, or as a Relationship Manager is an advantage.
• Strong interest in capital markets, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
