The Company

We are supporting a Financial Services organisation in hiring a Contract Data Analyst to support reporting, insights, and operational analytics initiatives within a regulated environment. The role will work closely with technology, risk, and business teams to extract, analyse, and visualise data, with a strong focus on Power BI dashboards and data sourced from platforms such as ServiceNow.

The Role

. Analyse, validate, and translate business and operational data into meaningful insights and reports

. Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for management and stakeholder consumption

. Extract and work with data from ServiceNow and other enterprise systems

. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity

. Collaborate with business, technology, and risk teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements

. Support ongoing reporting, adhoc analysis, and data enhancement initiatives

. Ensure data outputs align with internal governance, controls, and Financial Services standards

. Document data definitions, logic, and reporting processes where required

Your Profile:

. Experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within Financial Services or a regulated environment

. Strong handson experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modelling

. Practical exposure to ServiceNow data, reporting, or integrations

. Solid understanding of data analysis, reporting, and basic ETL concepts

. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency

. Ability to work with both technical teams and nontechnical business stakeholders

. Comfortable working in a contract, deliveryfocused environment
