You will work in a consulting environment, supporting multiple client platforms while maintaining high operational standards. There is also potential exposure to Neo4j graph database administration, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Day 2 operational support for Drupal CMS platforms, including application instances, web servers (Apache/Nginx), PHP runtime, and MySQL/MariaDB databases

  • Monitor platform health, availability, and performance across the full application stack

  • Perform routine maintenance, system checks, and troubleshooting across Drupal and Linux environments

  • Execute platform upgrades, Drupal core/module updates, security patches, and hotfixes following change management processes

  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls

  • Support environment and project setup, including Drupal sites, database schemas, repositories, and deployment pipelines

  • Ensure access provisioning follows security policies and maintain accurate access records

  • Handle service requests such as access changes, configuration updates, and operational queries

  • Support change requests including module updates, database tuning, and system enhancements

  • Participate in impact assessments, implementation planning, and post-change validation

  • Ensure all changes follow ITSM processes and governance standards

  • Perform platform housekeeping such as log management, cache clearing, database maintenance, and storage cleanup

  • Support backup and restore activities and contribute to disaster recovery readiness

  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployment processes remain operational

  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and support audit and compliance activities

  • Operate in secure, air-gapped environments with strict controls

  • Apply security updates and implement system hardening measures

  • Work with infrastructure and security teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders

  • Escalate risks, incidents, and operational issues in a timely manner

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in platform administration, production support, or operations for Drupal CMS or web applications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Drupal 9/10 (site administration, configuration, module management, Drush CLI)

  • Experience with MySQL or MariaDB including backup, restore, and basic troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with Apache or Nginx web servers and reverse proxy configurations

  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Git-based tools

  • Strong Linux administration skills including service management, log analysis, and file system operations

  • Working knowledge of PHP runtime configuration and performance tuning

  • Understanding of ITSM processes such as incident, service request, and change management

  • Experience working in on-premises or air-gapped environments

  • Ability to follow SOPs, runbooks, and operational procedures

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across application, database, and infrastructure layers

Preferred Skills (if any)

  • Experience in regulated environments such as public sector, financial services, or healthcare

  • Exposure to high-security or air-gapped systems

  • Familiarity with Composer and dependency management in Drupal projects

  • Experience with caching technologies such as Redis or Varnish

  • Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate management and web security practices
