Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of database security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure database systems meet evolving business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong knowledge of database architecture, design, and deployment best practices.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
• Ability to develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with database security protocols and compliance standards.
