Key Responsibilities

Client & Market Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives across SEA industries.
  • Develop and execute data and AI strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to regional revenue growth.

Solution & Delivery Excellence

  • Architect and oversee delivery of end-to-end data solutions, including cloud platforms, AI/ML, customer 360, marketing, and digital analytics.
  • Drive transformation programs such as customer 360, demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, personalized marketing, and intelligence automation.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through agile methodologies, quality assurance, and stakeholder alignment.

Practice Development

  • Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Mentor and develop talent within the Insights & Data practice.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, IP development, and go-to-market strategies.

Innovation & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Leverage emerging technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI, data mesh, customer data platforms) to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and technology partners to co-create solutions.
  • Represent Capgemini at industry forums, conferences, and client innovation workshops.
