Data Scientist(machine learning)

Our client is a leading global tech company at the forefront of AI innovation, where we build advanced language models and intelligent agent systems to tackle complex, high-impact challenges. This role offers the opportunity to revamp our recommendation systems to rival that of big tech companies. We are looking at candidate that are strong engineers first, with experience in building and deploying production-grade backend or AI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and oversee search and recommendation systems that enable and scale the content ecosystem.
• Apply machine learningdriven personalization techniques and system design best practices to improve content relevance and delivery.
• Drive the design and implementation of key recommendation components using data-led approaches to increase user engagement and content value.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and improving recommendation systems
• Good experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience dealing with PB scale big data
• Due to the need to communicate with China counterparts, proficieny in Chinese is required.
