Job Description

Project scope would include: Lead the documentation and standardisation of AI implementation practices as part of board-wide AI strategy implementation, including creating playbooks and guidelines for different use cases across the organisation. This involves collaborating with various business units to capture learnings and establish common frameworks for AI adoption. Develop and implement AI governance guidelines that align with evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements for AI. This involves working with legal, risk, and compliance teams to establish protocols for responsible AI development and deployment, including data privacy, ethical considerations, and risk management frameworks.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand their AI needs and challenges, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business requirements. This includes regular engagement with key technical and business stakeholders, as well as senior management on AI strategy implementation. Work hand-in-hand with DSA team's AI Partnership Lead to execute collaboration projects with external partners e.g. A*STAR, GovTech to accelerate AI adoption in HPB. Who You'll Work With DSA The rest of CDOO Chief Information Officer's Office (CIOO) HPB Business Divisions Technical Professionals (e.g. partners such as ASTAR, data teams of our partners etc)

Pre-Requisites: Bachelor / Master / PhD in Analytics, AI / Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems with major in business analytics and / or data science from a recognised university: o Professional certifications in business analytics / data science / ML engineering from accredited professional bodies coupled with a few years of related working experience for graduates from other disciplines, are also acceptable for the position Minimum 1 year of experience in AI governance, and at least 1 year in AI/ML implementation Adaptive in a fast-paced matrix environment, overseeing multiple projects concurrently within an agile environment Possesses strong problem resolution, attention to detail and effective communication skills to manage and deliver complex projects involving internal and external stakeholders Strong understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and their practical applications in business contexts Knowledge of current AI regulations and industry best practices for responsible AI implementation is an advantage
