Key Responsibilities

  • Drive experimental design and applied research in NLP and LLM-focused areas.
  • Collaborate on data curation, preprocessing, and augmentation for training and evaluation.

  • Partner with engineers to transition research outputs into deployable, production-ready systems.
  • Document findings, participate in reviews, and share insights with the wider team; publications are valued but optional.
  • Mentor junior team members for senior-level roles.
