Researcher - AI & Data Science
We are looking for a researcher with hands-on expertise in natural language processing and generative AI, particularly in areas linked to large language models such as information retrieval, reasoning, and knowledge extraction. The role involves designing experiments, developing novel AI models, and collaborating with engineers on data preparation, quality control, and system integration. Candidates should be comfortable with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and able to translate research into applied solutions across cloud or on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive experimental design and applied research in NLP and LLM-related areas.
• Collaborate on data curation, preprocessing, and augmentation for model training.
• Analyse datasets to extract insights and validate model performance.
• Work with engineers to transition research outputs into production-ready systems.
• Share findings through documentation, reviews, and team discussions; publication is valued but not mandatory.
• Mentor team members if applying for senior-level roles.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of research experience in NLP, LLMs, or generative AI.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical analysis, and deep learning.
• Proficiency with modern AI frameworks and experimentation tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
